Delta Apparel Inc was incorporated in Georgia in 1999. The Company is engaged in the design, merchandising, sales, and marketing of a variety of casual and athletic products for men, women, juniors, youth and children. Its basic apparel garments are marketed under the Delta brand. It also markets fashion apparel garments and headwear under the primary brands of Soffe, Intensity Athletics, Junk Food, and The Game, as well as other labels. The Company sells its products to specialty and boutique shops, upscale and traditional department stores, mid-tier retailers, sporting goods stores, college bookstores, the United States military, screen printers, and small independent businesses. It also sells its products directly to consumers on its Web sites at soffe.com, junkfoodclothing.com, saltlife.com, and deltaapparel.com. The Company has operational presence in the United States, El Salvador, Honduras, and Mexico.
