Now Inc offers consumable maintenance, repair and operating supplies, pipe, valves, electrical, artificial lift solutions, mill tools and spare parts. It offers services and solutions for upstream, midstream & downstream energy and industrial sectors.

NOW Inc was incorporated in Delaware on November 22, 2013. The Company is a distributor to energy and industrial markets. It operates under the DistributionNOW and Wilson Export brands. It stocks and sells energy products as well as an selection of products for industrial applications. Its energy product offering is consumed throughout all sectors of the oil and gas industry - from upstream drilling and completion, exploration and production, midstream infrastructure development to downstream petroleum refining - as well as in other industries, such as chemical processing, utilities and industrial manufacturing operations. The industrial distribution portion of its business targets end markets, including manufacturing, engineering and construction and refineries. It also provides supply chain management to drilling contractors, E&P operators, midstream operators and downstream energy and industrial manufacturing companies around the world. The Company's product offering includes consumable maintenance, repair and operating supplies, pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, electrical, artificial lift solutions, pumps, mill tools, safety supplies and spare parts to support customers' operations. It provides a one-stop shop value proposition within the energy market and particularly in targeted areas of artificial lift, pumping solutions, measurement and controls and valve actuation. It also offers warehouse and inventory management solutions as part of supply chain and materials management offering. Its supply chain solutions include outsourcing the functions of procurement, inventory and warehouse management, logistics, point of issue technology, project management, business process and performance metrics reporting. The Company supports land and offshore operations for all the oil and gas producing regions around the world through its comprehensive network of energy branch locations. Its key markets, beyond North America, include Latin America, the North Sea, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Former Soviet Union. Products sold through its energy branch locations support greenfield and expansion upstream capital projects, midstream infrastructure and MRO and manufacturing consumables used in day-to-day production. It provides downstream energy and industrial products for petroleum refining, chemical processing, power generation and industrial manufacturing operations through Supply Chain and customer on-site locations. The Company operates through three reportable segments: United States (U.S.), Canada and International. The United States segment has over 200 locations, which serve the upstream, midstream and downstream energy and industrial markets. It also has one-stop shop specialty operations in the U.S. that provide its customers a opportunity to purchase artificial lift, pumps, valves and valve actuation, measurement and controls and fluid transfer products which enables the customers to focus on their core business.
