Brinker International Inc is a dining restaurant company. The Company is engaged in the ownership, operation, development, and franchising of the Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggianos Little Italy restaurant brands.

Brinker International Inc was organized under the laws of the State of Delaware in September 1983. The Company owns, develops, operates and franchises the Chilis Grill & Bar (Chilis) and Maggianos Little Italy (Maggianos) restaurant brands. Chili's belongs to the Bar & Grill category of casual dining. Chilis also enjoy a presence with locations in approximately 30 foreign countries and two U.S. territories around the world. Chili's offers a full selection of alcoholic beverages including flavor-infused margaritas and craft beer. Chili's To Go menu is available to order online, through the brand's mobile app or by calling the restaurant. Its all-day menu offers guests a generous selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts at affordable prices. Maggiano's is a full-service, national, casual dining Italian restaurant brand. Each Maggiano's restaurant is a Italian-American restaurant in the style of New York's Little Italy in the 1940s. The Companys Maggiano's restaurants feature individual and family-style menus, and restaurants have banquet facilities designed to host party business or social events. Its Maggiano's restaurants also offer a full range of alcoholic beverages, including a selection of quality premium wines and it offers a full carryout menu as well as local delivery services. It competes with locally owned restaurants as well as national and regional restaurant chains. It has registered and/or have pending, among other marks, Brinker International, Chili's, Chili's Bar & Bites, Chili's Express, Chili's Margarita Bar, Chili's Southwest Grill & Bar, Chili's Too, Maggiano's, and Maggiano's Little Italy, as trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The Company is subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act (which governs such matters as minimum wages, overtime and other working conditions), along with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, various family leave mandates and a variety of other laws enacted, or rules and regulations promulgated by federal, state and local governmental authorities that govern these and other employment matters, including, tip credits, working conditions, safety standards and immigration status and also subject to federal and state environmental regulations.
