The Companys operating activities are concentrated in the North Dakota and Montana portions of the Williston basin and south Texas. Its main operational focus is in the Montana and North Dakota portions of the Williston basin. The Company is subject to various federal, state, regional and local laws and regulations related to the discharge of materials into, and the protection of, the environment.
