EV Energy Partners, L.P. is a publicly held Delaware limited partnership company. It is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas properties. The market for its oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids production depends on factors beyond its control, including the extent of domestic production and imports of oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, the proximity and capacity of natural gas pipelines and other transportation facilities, the demand for oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, the marketing of competitive fuels and the effect of state and federal regulation.
