The Company's brands portfolio includes, Expedia.com, offers service online travel agency with localized sites in 31 countries; Hotels.com, a hotel specialist with localized sites in more than 60 countries and Hotwire.com, a discount travel site that offers opaque deals in 12 countries throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN), which powers bookings for some of the airlines and hotels, top consumer brands, high traffic websites, and thousands of active affiliates; Egencia, offres corporate travel management company, eLong, Inc. (eLong), a mobile and online travel service provider in China, trivago GmbH ("trivago"), aonline hotel metasearch company with sites in 49 countries, Venere.com, an online hotel reservation specialist in Europe, CarRentals.com, a car rental booking company on the web, Expedia Local Expert (LX), a provider of online and in-market concierge services, activities, experiences, and ground transportation in hundreds of destinations and Expedia CruiseShipCenters, a provider of exceptional advice for travelers booking cruises and vacations through its network of 180 franchise locations across North America. The Company's business segments: Leisure and Egencia. The Leisure segment provides a full range of travel and advertising services to its customers through a variety of brands including: Expedia.com and Hotels.com in the United States and localized Expedia and Hotels.com websites throughout the world, Expedia Affiliate Network, Hotwire.com, Wotif Group, Venere, eLong, trivago and Classic Vacations. The Egencia segment provides managed travel services to corporate customers in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.
