Business Description

National Beverage Corporation was incorporated in Delaware in 1985, a holding company for various operating subsidiaries. The company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sale of flavored beverage products. Its main focus is the United States, but its products are also distributed in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Pacific Rim, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Its brands include soft drinks, energy drinks and shots, juices, teas, still and sparkling waters and nutritionally enhanced beverages, and span both carbonated and non-carbonated offerings. In addition, it produce soft drinks for certain retailers ('Allied Brands') who also promote certain of its brands ('Strategic Alliances'). Its soft drinks product includes Shasta, Faygo, Ritz, etc. Its juices product includes Everfresh, Mr. Pure and Home Juice. Its energy & sports drinks include Rip It, Rip It Shots and Mega Sport. Its waters & enhanced waters products include LaCroix, Clear Fruit, Àsanté, etc. Its other products include Sundance and Ohana. Its twelve manufacturing facilities are strategically located near major metropolitan markets across the continental United States. The production, distribution and sale of its products in the United States are subject to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994; the Occupational Safety and Health Act; the Lanham Act; various environmental statutes; and various other federal, state and local statutes regulating the production, transportation, sale, safety, advertising, labeling and ingredients of such products.
