2. Trend of the Operating Margin (5-year average). The company with an uptrend profit margin has a higher rank.
••3. Consistency of the profitability
4. Piotroski F-Score
5. Predictability Rank•

Baron Funds Comments on FleetCor Technologies - Nov 06, 2013

FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT) provides payment processing services to the vehicle fleet industry. The company issues commercial charge cards that businesses provide to their employees to purchase fuel for company vehicles, and it manages private label fuel card programs for major international oil companies. FleetCor's shares rose during the quarter as the company reported better-than-expected earnings results and raised its forward earnings guidance. The company also announced several large acquisitions in Brazil, which we believe should be accretive to its future earnings.
