The Company along with its subsidiaries provides private banking, private business banking and private wealth management, including investment, trust and brokerage services. The Company offers products and services including single family mortgage, home equity lines of credit, vacation home mortgages, bridge loans, co-op and condominium loans, stock/bond secured loans, unsecured loans, overdraft lines of credit, corporate online banking, business money market accounts, free business on-site ATMs, personal trust services with open architecture, permanent life insurance products for estate, business planning and tax deferred cash accumulation, money market checking, foreign exchange, online brokerage, and cash management. The Company offers investment management, trust and brokerage services for individuals, trusts, endowments and organizations and offers wealth management services including portfolio management, financial & estate planning, brokerage services, trust administration & custody, and insurance services. The Company offers private business banking services are offered for accounting firms, law firms, real estate investors, architecture and design firms, medical practices, small businesses, business management firms, motion picture and TV production, technology firms, engineering services, nonprofit organizations, venture capital funds/firms, family offices, private clubs, wineries, independent nonprofit schools, private equity funds/firms, investment firms, and property management firms.
