Guess? Inc designs, markets, distributes and licenses a lifestyle collection of contemporary apparel and accessories for men, women and children that reflect the American lifestyle and European fashion sensibilities.

Guess? Inc was founded in 1981 and currently operates as a Delaware corporation. The Company designs, markets, distribute and licenses lifestyle collections of contemporary apparel and accessories for men, women and children that reflect the American lifestyle and European fashion sensibilities. Its lines include full collections of clothing, including jeans, pants, overalls, skirts, jackets and knitwear and intimate apparel. It also selectively grant licenses to manufactures and distributes products that complements its apparel lines, including eyewear, watches, handbags, footwear, kids' and infants' apparel, swimwear, fragrance, jewelry and other fashion accessories. The Company's products are sold through direct-to-consumer, wholesale and licensing distribution channels. Its core customer is a style-conscious consumer mainly between the ages of 20 and 35. The Company's businesses are grouped into five reportable segments: Americas Retail, Europe, Asia, Americas Wholesale and Licensing. The Americas Retail segment includes its retail and e-commerce operations in North and Central America and its retail operations in South America. The Europe segment includes the wholesale, retail and e-commerce operations in Europe and the Middle East. The Asia segment includes the retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations in Asia. The Americas Wholesale segment includes wholesale operations in the Americas. The Licensing segment includes the worldwide licensing operations. The Company competes with numerous apparel manufacturers and distributors, both domestically and internationally, as well as several other designers. Its apparel is marketed under numerous trademarks including Guess, Guess?, Guess U.S.A., Guess Jeans, Guess? and Triangle Design, Question Mark and Triangle Design, a stylized G, Guess Kids, Baby Guess, Yes, G by Guess, Guess by Marciano, and Marciano. The Company is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
