Globus Maritime Ltd. was incorporated on July 26, 2006 in Jersey. The Company redomiciled into the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It is a drybulk shipping company, providing marine transportation services. The Company owns, operates and manages a fleet of dry bulk vessels that transport iron ore, coal, grain, steel products, cement, alumina and other dry bulk cargoes. Its current fleet consists of two Panamax, one Kamsarmax and four Supramax vessels. The Company's operations are managed by wholly-owned subsidiary, Globus Shipmanagement Corp., out of Athens, Greece. Its in-house commercial and technical management teams focus exclusively on vessels. It owns each of its vessels through separate, wholly owned subsidiaries. One of the Panamax vessels and all of its Supramax vessels are geared. Geared vessels can operate in ports with minimal shore-side infrastructure.
