GRAVITY Co Ltd is a developer and publisher of online games in Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, the Philippines and Thailand based on the number of peak concurrent users.

GRAVITY Co Ltd was incorporated as a company with limited liability under Korean law on April 4, 2000. The Company is a developer and publisher of online games in Japan and Thailand based on the number of peak concurrent users, or PCU, as compiled from various statistical data available from public sources in such countries. The company offers six online games worldwide and has one online games being developed by third parties for which it has entered into license agreements. It has four product lines: MMORPGs; other online games; mobile games; and game-related products and services, including animation and character-based merchandise. Its main product, Ragnarok Online, is commercially offered in Korea and 59 other countries and markets. Ragnarok Online II is commercially offered globally except for Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brazil and China. Emil Chronicle Online is commercially offered in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. R.O.S.E. Online is commercially offered in the United States, Canada, Mexico and 40 other countries. Dragonica is commercially offered in the United States, Canada and 32 other countries and markets. H.A.V.E. Online and Ragnarok Online Guild Masters are commercially offered in Japan. Finding Neverland Online and Steal Fighter are commercially offered in Korea, and Maestia is commercially offered in the United States and Canada. It also offers a number of mobile games and license the merchandising rights of character-related products based on its online games. The Company is expanding its business by providing its games on multiplatform devices, such as Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and PlayStation series. It directly manages all aspects of operations of its games, such as marketing, operation, billing and customer service. Gravity Interactive, its wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States, is responsible for all aspects of Ragnarok Online game operations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore and Malaysia, for all aspects of Ragnarok Online II game operations globally except for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brazil and China, for all aspects of Requiem game operations globally, for all aspects of R.O.S.E. Online game operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and 40 European countries, and for all aspects of Dragonica game operations in the United States, Canada and South America except for Brazil under the name Dragon Saga. The Company competes mainly with other online and mobile game developers and distributors in each of its markets. In addition, it competes against providers of games on various platforms, such as console games, handheld games and arcade games. It is subject to many laws and regulations in the different countries in which it operates.
