Gray Television Inc is a broadcast company that owns and operates television stations in 44 television markets broadcasting 139 program streams including 76 affiliates of the Big Four networks. It also owns and operates digital assets in markets.

Gray Television is an independent television station group. The company owns and operates 36 stations reaching approximately 6% of all United States television households. The affiliates of these stations are CBS (17 stations), NBC (10 stations), ABC (8 stations), and Fox (1 station). Gray also broadcasts more than 40 digital channels plus several local news and weather channels within its markets.
