The Company provide management, technology, and policy consulting and implementation services to government and commercial clients. These services include program evaluations, continuous improvement initiatives, performance management, benchmarking, and return-on-investment analyses. Its government clients include U.S. federal clients, U.S. state and local clients, as well as non-U.S. governments. Its commercial clients include both U.S. and non-U.S. based clients.
