Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. was originally incorporated in the state of New York in 1994 as Intelli-Check, Inc. In August 1999, we reincorporated in Delaware. The Company develops and markets wireless technology and identity systems for mobile and handheld access control and security systems. It provides commercial identification products, including ID√Check SDK for software developers; ID√Check POS, a software application that runs on various VeriFone devices; ID√Check browser helper object for Internet explorer; ScanInn that speeds up check-in and ID verification at hotels and motels; AssureScan, an application, which assists pharmacies with ID verification and tracking drug related purchases; ID√Check PC, a software solution; ID√Check Mobile for hand held devices; and instant credit application kiosk software applications, as well as software products for data collection devices. The company also offers government identification products comprising Defense ID systems to read barcodes, magnetic stripes, radio frequency identification, and optical character recognition codes printed on current forms of identification cards; Fugitive Finder that scans drivers licenses, military IDs, or passports; transportation worker identification credential readers; and visitor center, a component of defense ID or fugitive finder systems. In addition, it provides wireless security products and services, such as Wireless Over Water technology that allow passengers of moving vessels; Floating Area Network for the U.S. Navy; aegeus wireless security buoy and littoral sensor grid for security monitoring of harbors and waterways from a terrorist attack or accidental environmental conditions; and AIRchitect, a wireless LAN design expert system. Further, the company offers wireless services, which include wireless environment analysis, custom wireless network design and application, and custom wireless application development. It serves government, military, and commercial markets through its sales force and distributors.
