Inter Pipeline Ltd is a petroleum transportation, storage and natural gas liquids extraction company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Inter Pipeline Ltd was incorporated on January 29, 2013. On May 31, 2013, the Corporation changed its name to Inter Pipeline Ltd. from 1726761 Alberta Ltd. The Company is comprised of four industry operating segments located in two geographic segments: oil sands transportation business, conventional oil pipelines business and natural gas liquids (NGL) extraction business, all operating in Canada, and the bulk liquid storage business, which operates in Europe. The oil sands transportation business consists of three pipeline systems that transport petroleum products and diluent and provide related blending and handling services in northern Alberta. The Corridor, Cold Lake and Polaris pipeline systems operate under long-term contracts with a limited number of customers. The conventional oil pipelines business involves the transportation, storage and processing of hydrocarbons, as well as midstream marketing blending and handling services. The NGL extraction business consists of processing natural gas to extract NGLs including ethane and a mixture of propane, butane and pentanes plus (collectively known as propane-plus). The bulk liquid storage business was rebranded Inter Terminals, effective January 1, 2015, bringing together the Simon Storage operations in the United Kingdom (UK), Germany and Ireland under the same trading banner as Inter Terminals, Denmark. The combined Inter Terminals business involves the storage and handling of bulk liquid products through the operation of twelve bulk liquid storage terminals. The Company operates in Canada and Europe.
