Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. is a developer, owner and operator of regional gaming facilities and related dining, lodging and entertainment facilities in the United States. It currently owns and operates 15 gaming and entertainment facilities in Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado and Florida. Collectively, these properties feature approximately 13,400 slot machines and over 300 table games (including approximately 80 poker tables) over 2,300 hotel rooms and more than 45 restaurants. The Company also operates a harness racing track at its casino in Florida. It opened its Lady Luck Nemacolin Casino, its managed facility at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in western Pennsylvania, on July 1, 2013. This property features 600 slot machines, 28 table games and two restaurants. The Company operates primarily under two brands, Isle and Lady Luck. Isle-branded facilities are generally in larger markets with a regional draw and offer expanded amenities, whereas Lady Luck-branded facilities are typically in smaller markets drawing primarily from a local customer base. The Company's businesses are subject to various federal, state and local laws and regulations in addition to gaming regulations. These laws and regulations include, but are not limited to, restrictions and conditions concerning alcoholic beverages, food service, smoking, environmental matters, employees and employment practices, currency transactions, taxation, zoning and building codes, and marketing and advertising.
