LifeLock Inc was incorporated in Delaware on April 12, 2005. The Company is a provider of proactive identity theft protection services for consumers and fraud and risk solutions for enterprises. The Company's primary competitors are the credit bureaus that include Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, as well as others, such as Affinion, Early Warning Systems, Intersections, and LexisNexis.
