The Company operates in three reportable segments: Clinical and Financial Solutions, Population Health. The Clinical and Financial Solutions segment includes its Acute, TouchWorks, Professional Practices, Payer and Life Sciences, and International strategic business units. These solutions include EHR-related software, financial and practice management software, related installation and training services, and electronic claims administration services. The Population Health segment includes its Performance and Care Logistics and Population Health strategic business units. The Company delivers solutions that provide physicians and other healthcare professionals with the data, information, insights, and connectivity required to transform health care by improving the quality and efficiency of patient care and to navigate the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. It provides solutions for home care, hospice, skilled nursing, and other post-acute organizations. These range from a fully integrated EHR and financial management solution to referral management. The Company offers several types of solutions that are tailored towards different segments of the market in which it operates and which support healthcare delivery in every care setting. It also offers various add-ons to increase the functionality of its product offerings.
