Its System Director Operating System limits the ability of the wireless device to select which physical access point to use, and instead shifts control of network connections to the wireless network infrastructure. The Company's solution is based on its System Director, embedded with Virtual Cell technology. Its System Director coordinates all of the components of Company's solution, including its access points and controllers. Its software, controllers and access points are designed to deployed and integrated into existing IT infrastructure. Its solution is designed to managed and scalable across enterprises of all sizes. In addition, it provides comprehensive security capabilities to ensure that the wireless network is at least as secure as a wired network. Its trademarks in the United States include Meru Networks, the Meru Networks logo, and E(z)RF. The Company's offers products including Meru System Director Operating System, Meru Controller, Meru Access Points, Guest Access and BYOD, and Security and Management Applications.
