Mistras Group, Inc. formerly known as Mistras Holdings Corp. was incorporated in Delaware. The Company and its subsidiaries provides of technology-enabled asset protection solutions, which combines the skill and experience of certified technicians, engineers and scientists with non-destructive testing (NDT), mechanical integrity services, and plant conditioning monitoring software and systems (PCMS), to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructure. The Company serves its customer base, including companies in the oil and gas, power generation and transmission, public infrastructure, chemicals, aerospace and defense, transportation, metals and metalworking, pharmaceuticals and food processing industries. Its asset protection solutions have evolved over time as it has combined the disciplines of NDT, MI services and data analysis software to provide value to its customers. It makes NDT a highly attractive alternative to many traditional intrusive inspection techniques, which require dismantling equipment or shutting down a plant, refinery, mill or site. MI services involve conducting an inventory of infrastructure assets, developing and implementing inspection and maintenance procedures, training personnel in executing these procedures and managing inspections, testing and assessments of customer assets. It provides a range of solutions that includes: traditional outsourced NDT services conducted by its technicians, mechanical integrity assessments, above-ground storage tank inspection and American. It provides testing and inspection services to customer base across energy-related, industrial and public infrastructure industries.
