Magic Software Enterprises was incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel in February 1983 as Mashov Software Export (1983) Ltd. and it changed its name to Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. in 1991. Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. develops, markets, sells and supports an application platform and business and process integration solutions and it also offer IT professional services in the areas of infrastructure design and delivery, application development, technology planning and implementation services, communications services and solutions, and supplemental staffing services. . Its products and services are available through a global network of regional offices, independent software vendors, or ISVs, system integrators, distributors and value added resellers, or VARs, as well as original equipment manufacturers, or OEMs, and consulting partners in approximately 50 countries.
