Its segments include Building Business, Residential Business, Commercial Property Development and Investment, International Business, Investment Management, Architectural Design and Engineering, Hotels Business, Real Estate Services, and Other business. The building business is engaged in the development, leasing, and property management of office buildings. The residential business focuses on the development, sales, leasing, and management of condominiums, single-unit homes, and residential land. The investment management business provides services including real estate investment trusts to meet management needs for long-term stability as well as private placement funds to meet the specific management needs of institutional investors. The hotel business maintains a network of seven hotels under the Royal Park Hotels brand in Sendai, Tokyo (Nihonbashi and Shiodome), Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Fukuoka.
