The Company has a chain of 999 Company-operated stores as of March 28, 2015, one franchised location and 14 dealer-operated stores. The Company operated Company stores in 25 states, including Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. The Company provides services on passenger cars, light trucks and vans for brakes; mufflers and exhaust systems; steering, drive train, suspension and wheel alignment. It also provides other products and services including tires and routine maintenance services including state inspections. The Company competes in the retail automotive service and tire industry.
