Martinrea International Inc. was formed by the amalgamation of several predecessor corporations in 1998 and continued business under the successor corporation, Royal Laser Tech Corporation. The Company is engaged in the production and development of metal parts assemblies and modules, fluid management systems and complex aluminum products focused primarily on the automotive sector in North America, Europe, and internationally. The Company's aluminum products include high pressure die-casting, permanent mold, and sand casting, as well as extruding and rolling products. The company offers fuel tank and sender assemblies, fuel lines and hoses, fuel line feed and return assembly systems, fuel filler necks, cap less refueling systems, fuel rail crossover tubes, and vapor assemblies and canister hoses; and engine and transmission products comprising transmission and engine oil coolers, hoses, and tube assemblies, transmission oil fillers and indicators, oil pick-up screen and pipes, heater hose inlet/outlet, engine blocks, cylinder heads, heavy truck, and car transmission housings. The Company's products also include power steering and brakes, such as brake and power steering lines and assemblies and oil filler tubes and indicators; air conditioning lines and heater core inlet/outlet assemblies; and exhaust components consisting of mufflers, DPS lines, EGR tubes, air-injection tubes, and exhaust manifold tubes. In addition, the Company provides body and chassis products, such as stampings, frame rail assemblies, control arms, suspension links, twist axles, center and rear crossmembers, roof assemblies, tubular seat frames, door intrusion beams, bumpers, dash/plenum assemblies, wheelhouse assemblies, roll-formed rockers/headers, appliqués, belt, upper reveal and roof ditch moldings, D-line and other exterior decorative moldings, radiator support assemblies, trailer hitches, parts for space frames, bulk heads, and front end products. Further, the Company provides modules and suspension, including rear suspension, front horizontal, front vertical, swivel bearings, engine cradles, and rear sub frames.
