The Company is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance. The Company's semiconductors manage and control or regulate power, protect against transient voltage spikes and transmit, receive and amplify signals. It offers one of the industry's most comprehensive portfolios of semiconductor technology. Its products include high-performance, high-reliability radio frequency (RF) and power components, analog and RF integrated circuits (ICs), standard and customizable system-on-chip solutions, and mixed-signal and radiation-tolerant FPGAs. The Company also offers subsystems and modules that include application-specific power modules and PowerDsine midpsans. The markets that the Company serves include Defense & Security, Aerospace, Enterprise & Communications and Industrial & Alternative Energy, and applications where security is non-negotiable and reliability is vital.
