Mannatech Inc was incorporated and began operations in November 1993. The Company provides wellness solutions provider. It develops and sells nutritional supplements, topical and skin care products, and weight-management products that target optimal health and wellness. It sells its products in three regions: North America - the United States, Canada and Mexico; Europe/the Middle East/Africa - Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Namibia, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine; and Asia/Pacific - Australia, Japan, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The Company sells its products and packs through a network of independent associates and members. It sells its products through network marketing. The Company offers products based on Real Food Technology solutions. In the Health product category, the Companys products portfolio includes Ambrotose complex, Ambrotose AO, Advanced Ambrotose, PhytoMatrix, MannaBears, Catalyst, PLUS, Manna-C, CardioBALANCE, ImmunoSTART, BounceBack, MannaCLEANSE, PhytAloe, GI-Zyme, Omega-3 with Vitamin D3, PhytoBurst Nutritional Chews, NutriVerus, Optimal Support Packets, and GI Pro Balance Slimstick. Under the Weight and Fitness segment, the Companys product category includes OsoLean, GlycoSlim, AmbroStart, SPORT, and EMPACT. Under Skin Care, the Companys product portfolio includes Emprizone, FIRM with Ambrotose, LIFT Exfoliating Facial Cleanser, LIFT Multiphase Serum, LIFT Day Moisturizer, LIFT Night Repair Creme, Uth Skin Rejuvenation Creme, and LIFT Body Lotion. The Companys primary competitor include GNC Holdings, Inc.; Herbalife Ltd.; Natures Sunshine Products, Inc.; Nerium International NOW Foods; Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc.; Reliv International, Inc; Solgar Vitamin and Herb Company, Inc.; Swanson Health Products; Usana Health Sciences, Inc.; and Vitamin Shoppe Industries, Inc.
