National Australia Bank Ltd is a financial services organization. The Company offers online banking, loans & finances, payments and merchants, investments, insurance, financial advices and internet banking services. The Company's reportable segments are reportable segments are Australian Banking; NAB Wealth and NZ Banking. The Australian Banking segment includes personal banking and business banking, offering banking products and services to retail and business customers, ranging from small and medium enterprises through to Australia's institutions. The Group's personal banking products can be accessed through various channels including NAB, NAB Broker, nabtrade and UBank. The Group's business banking products cater to customers' needs with specialist expertise in agribusiness, property, health, government, education and community. Australian Banking also comprises Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC), specialised finance, debt markets, asset servicing and treasury. The NAB Wealth segment provides superannuation, investment and insurance solutions to retail, corporate and institutional clients. It operates a network of financial advisers in Australia under brands which include MLC, JBWere, JANA and Plum. NZ Banking comprises the Retail, Business, Agribusiness, Corporate & Institutional and Insurance franchises in New Zealand, operating under the BNZ brand. It excludes BNZs markets operations which form part of Australian Banking.
