Neonode Inc was incorporated in the State of Delaware on September 4, 1997. The Company develops and licenses user interfaces and optical infrared touch technology. The patented technology offers multiple features including the ability to sense an objects size, depth, velocity, pressure, and proximity to any type of surface. It licenses its multi-touch technology to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) who incorporate it into devices that they produce and sell. OEMs and ODMs use its touch technology in controller chips The Company developed in collaboration with Texas Instruments designed specifically for touch technology. Its technology licensing model allows it to focus on the development of solutions for touchscreens and touch-enabled surfaces.
