It also develops content protection and access-management technologies for internet, pay-television and mobile platforms. Its operations include; MultiChoice, GOtv, M-Net, SuperSport, MWEB, and Irdeto. The Company's Print media section includes; news, magazines, newspapers, printing, distribution and book-publishing businesses in South Africa and print media investments in Brazil and China. Its operations include; Media24, 24.com, Paarl Media, Book publishing. The Company faces competition from new or traditional players, as well as new technologies and products and services.
