NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - Finacity Corporation ("Finacity") announced today that it has facilitated the successful renewal and amendment of a global trade receivables securitization program for Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) ("Bunge"). The securitization program will continue to provide Bunge with cash proceeds of up to $700 million through the on-going sale of certain trade receivables. Finacity helped Bunge by providing analytic and structuring support, and serves as on-going Administrator providing comprehensive reporting. The program will be funded through certain commercial paper conduit purchasers and committed purchasers. Each committed purchaser's commitment to purchase receivables under the securitization program will terminate on May 26, 2019 unless extended for an additional 1 or 2 year period in accordance with the terms of the receivables transfer agreement.
