Ocean Bio-Chem Inc is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing & distribution of appearance, performance, & maintenance products for the marine, automotive, power sports, recreational vehicle and outdoor power equipment markets.

Ocean Bio-Chem Inc was incorporated in 1973 under the laws of the state of Florida. The company is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of appearance and maintenance products for boats, recreational vehicles, automobile and aircraft. The products that the Company manufactures and markets are: Marine; Automotive; Recreational Vehicle/Power sports; Outdoor Power Equipment/Lawn & Garden; Contract Filling and Blow Molded Bottles; Mold/Mildew Odor Control. The Marine line consisting of polishes, cleaners, protectants and waxes of various formulations under the Star brite brand name. The line also includes various vinyl protectants, cleaners, teak cleaners, teak oils, bilge cleaners, hull cleaners, silicone sealants, polyurethane sealants, polysulfide sealants, gasket materials, lubricants, antifouling additives and anti-freeze coolants. In addition, the company manufactures a line of brushes, poles and tiedowns and other related marine accessories. The Automotive line consist of manufacturing automotive products under the Star brite and Star Tron brand names. This line includes gas treatments for gas and diesel engines, motor oils, greases and related items. In addition, it produces anti-freeze and windshield washes under the Star brite brand and under private labels for customers. It also produces automotive polishes, cleaners and other appearance items. Recreational Vehicle/power sports, including snow mobiles, all terrain vehicles and motorcycles; Power Sports enthusiasts have found Star Tron a viable solution to a number of problems associated with E-10 fuel, which contains ethanol. Other recreational vehicle products include cleaners, polishes, detergents, fabric cleaners and protectors, silicone sealants, water proofers, gasket materials, degreasers, vinyl cleaners and protectors, toilet treatment fluids and anti-freeze coolants. Outdoor Power Equipment/ Lawn & Garden market Star Tron as a viable solution to help rectify a number of operating engine problems in commercial lawn equipment and other home and garden power equipment. Contract filling and Blow Molded Bottles includes a variety of chemical formulations to its customers' specifications; Mold/Mildew Odor Control includes a products that help prevent and eliminate all types of mold, mildew, and other unpleasant odors, through OdorStar's patented delivery system. It produces the majority of its products at the manufacturing facilities of its subsidiary, Kinpak, Inc. (Kinpak), in Montgomery, Alabama. It purchases raw materials from a variety of suppliers; all raw materials used in manufacturing are readily available from alternative sources. It designs its own packaging and supplies its outside manufacturers with the appropriate design or packaging. Its products are sold through national retailers such as Wal-Mart, West Marine and Bass Pro Shops.
