Old Point Financial Corp offers a complete line of consumer, mortgage and business banking services, including loan, deposit, and cash management services to individual and business customers.

Old Point Financial Corp was incorporated under the laws of Virginia on February 16, 1984. It is a holding company that conducts all of its operations through its two subsidiaries: The Old Point National Bank of Phoebus the "Bank" and Old Point Trust and Financial Services, N.A. the "Trust". The Bank is a national banking association that was founded in 1922. The Bank offers a complete line of consumer, mortgage and business banking services, including loan, deposit, and cash management services to individual and business customers. Trust offers a range of services for individuals and businesses. Its products and services include retirement planning, estate planning, financial planning, estate and trust administration, retirement plan administration, tax services and investment management services. The Company operates in a decentralized fashion in three principal business segments: the Bank, the Trust, and the Parent. Revenues from the Bank's operations consist primarily of interest earned on loans and investment securities and service charges on deposit accounts. Trust's operating revenues consist principally of income from fiduciary activities. The Parent company's revenues are mainly interest and dividends received from the Bank and Trust companies.
