It is an independent company which provides software products that assist organizations in finding, utilizing, and sharing business information from any device in ways which are intuitive, efficient and productive. Its products offering provides solutions which help to increase customer satisfaction, improve collaboration with partners, address the legal and business requirements associated with information governance, and ensure the security and privacy of information demanded in today's highly regulated climate. In addition, its products provide the benefits of organizing and managing business content, while leveraging it to operate more efficiently and effectively. As the Company continue to expand its product offerings through internal development and acquisitions, it has evolved from its heritage in pure Enterprise Content Management (ECM) into a broader and more comprehensive market category known as Enterprise Information Management (EIM). In addition to ECM, these capabilities are: Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Experience Management (CEM), Information Exchange (iX), and Discovery. In Fiscal 2013, it completed its evolution from being an ECM company to an EIM company. In addition, the company provides on-going and maintenance support to customers with access to software upgrades, product information, and an on-line mechanism to post and review trouble tickets. Further, it offers professional services, such as consulting, learning, and hosting services relating to the implementation, training, and integration of its product offerings into the customer's systems. The Company serves organizations, mid-market companies, and government agencies in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. Its customer base consists of a number of Global 2000 organizations, mid-market companies and government agencies.
