Pure Cycle Corporation was incorporated in Delaware in 1976 and reincorporated in Colorado in 2008. The Company owns water assets in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, in the Arkansas River Valley in southern Colorado, and on the western slope of Colorado. It is currently using its water assets located in the Denver metropolitan area to provide water and wastewater services to customers located in the Denver metropolitan area. The Company provides a full line of water and wastewater services which includes designing and constructing water and wastewater systems as well as operating and maintaining such systems. Its business focus is to provide water and wastewater service to customers throughout the Denver metropolitan area as well as along the Colorado Front Range. It currently provides water services to approximately 247 single family equivalent water connections and 157 single family equivalent wastewater connections located in the southeastern Denver metropolitan area. The Rangeview Water Supply is a combination of tributary surface water, nontributary and not-nontributary groundwater rights and storage rights associated within the Lowry Range. It owns approximately 60,000 acre-feet of senior water rights in the Arkansas River basin. Currently this water is being used for agricultural purposes on the approximately 17,500 acres of real property it owns in Southern Colorado. In 2005, the company entered into an Agreement for Water Service with Arapahoe County to design, construct, operate and maintain a water system for and provide water services to, the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds, which is located west of the Lowry Range. In 1987 it acquired the conditional rights to build a 70,000 acre-foot reservoir to store Colorado River tributary water and a right-of-way permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management for property at the dam and reservoir site. The Company designed, built and operates water and wastewater systems that serve its customers on the Lowry Range. It also designed, built and operates a water system that provides Export Water to the Fairgrounds. Similar to other area water providers, the company negotiates individual service agreements with developers and/or homebuilders, cities and municipalities to design, construct and operate water and wastewater systems and to provide services.
