Pure Cycle Corp was incorporated in Delaware in 1976 and reincorporated in Colorado in 2008. The Company is an investor-owned Colorado corporation that provides wholesale water and wastewater services and leases farm land. The wholesale water and wastewater services include water production, storage, treatment, bulk transmission to retail distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment, irrigation water treatment and transmission, construction management, billing and collection and emergency response. It provide these services to its wholesale customers, which are typically local governmental entities that provide water and wastewater services to their end-use customers located in the greater Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. It provides wholesale water service mainly to two local governmental entity customers. Its customers include Rangeview Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal political subdivision of the State of Colorado. Through the District, it provides wholesale service to 258 Single Family Equivalent water connections and 157 SFE wastewater connections located in southeastern metropolitan Denver. It also provides water to the oil and gas industry for the purpose of hydraulic fracturing. The Company is vertically integrated, it owns all assets necessary to provide wholesale water and wastewater services to its customers. This includes owning water rights which it use to provide domestic and irrigation water to its wholesale customers; infrastructure required to withdraw, treat, store and deliver water; infrastructure required to collect, treat, store and reuse wastewater; and infrastructure required to treat and deliver reclaimed water for irrigation use. Its farm land consists of approximately 16,700 acres of irrigated land currently being leased to local farmers in southeastern Colorado and it own 931 acres of land in the I-70 corridor east of Denver, Colorado that is being held for development.
