Pure Cycle Corp was incorporated in Delaware in 1976. It provides wholesale water and wastewater services which includes designing and constructing water and wastewater systems as well as operating and maintaining such systems.

Pure Cycle Corp was incorporated in Delaware in 1976 and reincorporated in Colorado in 2008. The Company is currently using its water assets located in the Denver metropolitan area to provide wholesale water and wastewater services to customers located in the Denver metropolitan area. It provides a line of wholesale water and wastewater services which includes designing and constructing water and wastewater systems as well as operating and maintaining such systems. Its business focus is to provide wholesale water and wastewater services, predominately to local governmental entities, which provide services to their end-use customers throughout the Denver metropolitan area as well as along the Colorado Front Range. It operates primarily in two lines of business the wholesale water and wastewater business; and the agricultural farming business. It provides wholesale water and wastewater services to customers using water rights owned by the Company and develops infrastructure to divert, treat and distribute that water and collect, treat and reuse wastewater. The Company's agricultural business consists of the Company leasing its Arkansas River land and water to area farmers under cash leases or in certain cases crop share leases. Provision of water and wastewater services is subject to regulation under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Water Act, related state laws, and federal and state regulations issued under these laws.
