Patterson Companies, Inc. is a distributor of dental supply in North America, companion animal and equine veterinary supply in USA and rehabilitation and assistive products supply. Its dental business has operations in the United States and Canada. Patterson Dental is a full-service supplier to dentists, dental laboratories, institutions, and other healthcare professionals, provides consumable products (including x-ray film, restorative materials, hand instruments and sterilization products); basic and advanced technology dental equipment; practice management and clinical software; patient education systems; and office forms and stationery. Patterson Dental also offers customers related services including dental equipment installation, maintenance and repair, dental office design and equipment financing. It markets its dental products and services through more than 1,500 direct sales representatives, of which approximately 300 are equipment specialists. Its veterinary supply business is a distributor of veterinary supplies to companion-pet (dogs, cats and other common household pets) and equine veterinary clinics across the United States. Patterson Veterinary provides products and services used for the diagnosis, treatment and/or prevention of diseases in companion animals and equine. Its Rehabilitation Supply supply business is a distributor of rehabilitation medical supplies and equipment. Patterson Medical offers distributed and self-manufactured rehabilitation products to health care professionals. The Company's products and services are sold under numerous trademarks including PATTERSON, EAGLESOFT, CAESY, SAMMONS PRESTON, KINETEC, TUMBLE FORMS, INTRAVET, and DIA.
