It provides infrastructure technologies and services to improve yield and optimize performance of integrated circuits. Its solutions consist of integration engineering services, proprietary software, and other technologies designed to address its customers' manufacturing and design issues. Its solutions include Manufacturing Process Solutions; Volume Manufacturing Solutions; and Design-for-Manufacturability. Its solutions combine software, physical intellectual property in the form of cell libraries for IC designs, test chips, an electrical wafer test system, proven methodologies, and professional services.
