Pacific Exploration & Production Corp was incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia on April 10, 1985 under the name Agincourt Explorations Inc. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of certain oil and natural gas interests located in the Republic of Colombia, and to a lesser extent, in Peru, Guatemala, Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Guyana and Belize. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, the Company holds indirect interests in certain hydrocarbon properties in Colombia through contracts with Ecopetrol, the Colombian majority state-owned oil and gas company, and the ANH; the Colombian national hydrocarbons agency.
