The Company is a diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision engineered solutions for mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. The Company's manufacturing, service, sales, distribution and administrative facilities are located in 40 states within the United States and in 49 other countries. The Company markets its products through direct-sales employees, independent distributors and sales representatives.
