Business Description

Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc, is a bank holding company whose main business is conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pinnacle National Bank or Pinnacle National. Pinnacle National provides a full range of banking services in its main market areas of the Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro-Franklin, Tennessee and Knoxville, Tennessee Metropolitan Statistical Areas. Pinnacle National offers a full range of lending products, including commercial, real estate and consumer loans to individuals and small-to medium-sized businesses and professional entities. Pinnacle National also makes a variety of loans to individuals for personal, family, investment and household purposes, including secured and unsecured installment and term loans, residential first mortgage loans, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit. Pinnacle National seeks to establish a base of core deposits, including savings, checking, interest-bearing checking, money market and certificate of deposit accounts. Both Pinnacle Financial and Pinnacle National are subject to state and federal banking laws and regulations that impose restrictions on and provide for general regulatory oversight of Pinnacle Financial's and Pinnacle National's operations.
