Its business activities include exploitation of printed and audiovisual media, the holding of investments in companies and businesses and the provision of all manner of services. Prisa, through Prisa Televisión; Education- Publishing: Education-Publishing comprises the Santillana business in Spain, Portugal, the United States and Latin America; Radio: Radio activities encompass the Radio business in Spain and abroad (Colombia, Mexico, United States, Argentina, Chile, Panama and Costa Rica) as well as the Gran Vía Musical business; and Press: Press activities include the El País, As, and Cinco Días newspapers, as well as its magazine businesses in Spain and Portugal. The Company's television, education, radio and press businesses, activities and investments are subject to various statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures in Spain, Portugal and the other countries in which it conduct business.
