Phillips 66 Partners LP owns, operates, develops and acquires fee-based crude oil, refined petroleum product and natural gas liquids pipelines and terminals and other transportation and midstream assets.

Phillips 66 Partners LP was incorporated Delaware on February 20, 2013. On July 26, 2013, the Company completed initial public offering, and its common unit's trade on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company owns, operates, develops and acquires fee-based crude oil, refined petroleum product and natural gas liquids (NGL) pipelines, terminals and other transportation and midstream assets. The Company competes with integrated petroleum companies, which have their own crude oil supplies and distribution and marketing systems, as well as with independent refiners, many of which also have their own distribution and marketing systems. It also competes with other suppliers that purchase refined petroleum products for resale.
