Pulaski Financial Corporation is the holding company for Pulaski Bank. Pulaski Bank provides an array of financial products and services for businesses and retail customers mainly through its thirteen full-service offices in the St. Louis metropolitan area and six loan production offices in the St. Louis, and Kansas City metropolitan areas and Wichita, Kansas. Its mainly engaged in attracting deposits from individuals and businesses and using these deposits, together with borrowed funds, to originate mainly one-to four-family residential mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans mainly within its St. Louis lending market. In addition, the Bank originates one-to four-family residential mortgage loans in its Kansas City and Wichita markets. It faces competition from commercial banks, other thrift institutions and credit unions located in its market area. Pulaski Bank is subject to extensive regulation, examination and supervision by the OCC, as its main federal regulator, and the FDIC, as the deposit insurer.
