The Company's portfolio includes Elizabeth Arden Brand, Celebrity Fragrances, Lifestyle Fragrances and Designer Fragrances. In addition to its owned or licensed fragrance brands, the company distributes additional prestige fragrance brands, primarily in the United States through distribution and other purchasing agreements.
