The Company offers scheduled passenger services through its wholly-owned operating air carrier subsidiaries: Chautauqua Airlines, Inc., Shuttle America Corporation and Republic Airline Inc. Its operating subsidiaries offers scheduled passenger service on 1,390 flights daily to 118 cities in 41 states and Canada under scheduled passenger service through its fixed-fee code-share agreements with United Continental Holdings, Inc., Delta Air Lines, Inc., and US Airways, Inc. Currently, it provides its Partners with fixed-fee regional airline services, operating as Delta Connection, United Express, US Airways Express, or American Eagle, including service out of their hubs and focus cities. Certain of its competitors are larger and have significantly greater financial and other resources.
