Gibraltar Industries Inc is a manufacturer & distributor of products for the building and industrial markets. Its products provide structural and architectural enhancements for residential homes, other commercial and professional buildings.

Gibraltar Industries Inc is a Delaware corporation. The Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 1993. The Company is a manufacturer and distributor of building products for industrial, transportation infrastructure, residential housing, renewable energy and resource conservation markets. The Company's business segments are Residential Products, Industrial and Infrastructure Products, and Renewable Energy and Conservation. The Residential Products segment includes roof and foundation ventilation products, mail and package storage products, rain dispersion products and roofing accessories; Industrial and Infrastructure Products segment includes fabricated bar grating, expanded and perforated metal, expansion joints and structural bearings; and Renewable Energy and Conservation segment includes designing, engineering, manufacturing and installation of solar racking systems and greenhouse structures. The Compnay's products and services are sold by channel partners who are called on by its sales personnel and outside sales representatives located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Its customers are located throughout North America and Europe, and, to a lesser extent, in Asia. The Company's manufacturing facilities and distribution centers are subject to many federal, state, and local requirements relating to the protection of the environment.
