Rollins Inc, through its subsidiaries, provides pest and termite control services to residential and commercial customers in North America and Australia with international franchises in Central America, Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia & among others.

Rollins Inc was incorporated in the State of Delaware on February 24, 1948 as Rollins Broadcasting, Inc. The Company is an international service company providing pest and termite control services through its wholly-owned subsidiaries to both residential and commercial customers in North America with international franchises in Central America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, the Mediterranean, Europe, Africa, and Mexico. The Company's services are performed through a contract that specifies service frequency and the pricing arrangement with the customer. The Company through its subsidiaries provides customized services from over 400 locations. It either serves customers, directly or through franchises operations, in the United States, Canada, Central America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, the Mediterranean, Europe, Africa, and Mexico providing essential pest control services and protection against termite damage, rodents and insects to homes and businesses, including hotels, food service establishments, food manufacturers, retailers and transportation companies. It also provides pest management and sanitation services and products to the food and commodity industries. The Company's subsidiaries operate under the Orkin, and Orkin Canada trademarks and the Acurid service mark. The Company's competitors include Terminix, Ecolab and Rentokil. The Company's business is subject to various legislative and regulatory enactments that are designed to protect the environment, public health and consumers.
