Pacific Coast Oil Trust is engaged in acquiring and holding net profits and royalty interests in certain oil and natural gas properties located in California for the benefit of the Trust unitholders.

Pacific Coast Oil Trust is a Delaware statutory trust formed in January 2012 under the Delaware Statutory Trust Act pursuant to a Trust Agreement among Pacific Coast Energy Company LP, as trustor, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Delaware Trustee. The Trust was created to acquire and hold net profits and royalty interests in certain oil and natural gas properties located in California for the benefit of the Trust unitholders pursuant to an agreement among PCEC, the Trustee and the Delaware Trustee.
