Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC manufactures aero, marine and industrial gas turbines for civil & military aircraft. It designs, constructs, supplies and installs power generation systems, transmission and distribution systems, and equipment for defense markets.

Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC was incorporated in United Kingdom on February 10, 2011. The Company manufactures aerospace, marine and industrial gas turbines for civil and military aircraft. The Company operates in five segments: civil aerospace, defence aerospace, marine, energy and Nuclear. The civil aerospace is engaged in development, manufacture, marketing and sales of commercial aero engines and aftermarket services. The defence aerospace is engaged in development, manufacture, marketing and sales of military aero engines and aftermarket services. The marine segment is engaged in development, manufacture, marketing and sales of marine propulsion systems and aftermarket services. The energy segment is engaged in the development, manufacture, marketing and sale of power systems for the offshore oil and gas industry and electrical power generation and aftermarket services.
