The Company provides technical, engineering and enterprise information technology (IT) services to the U.S. government, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian agencies. It provide systems engineering and integration offerings for large, complex government projects and offer a broad range of services with a targeted emphasis on higher-end, differentiated technical capabilities. The Company provides its services to U.S. government, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Each of these customers has a number of subordinate agencies, which have separate budgets and procurement functions. Its competitors include General Dynamics Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, L-3 Communications Corporation and Raytheon Company for the engineering and technical services.
