The Company provides technical, engineering and enterprise information technology (IT) services to the U.S. government, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal civilian agencies. It provide systems engineering and integration offerings for large, complex government projects and offer a broad range of services with a targeted emphasis on higher-end, differentiated technical capabilities. The Company provides its services to U.S. government, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Each of these customers has a number of subordinate agencies, which have separate budgets and procurement functions. Its competitors include General Dynamics Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, L-3 Communications Corporation and Raytheon Company for the engineering and technical services. It have competitors for their technical services such as Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., Engility Holdings, Inc., CACI International, Inc., ManTech International Corporation, Serco Group plc and SRA International, Inc. It have competitors for their diversified commercial services such as Accenture plc, Computer Sciences Corporation, HP Enterprise Services, International Business Machines Corporation and Unisys Corporation.
